SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts LOCATION: Tenjo **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Monitor all operational processes and ensure continuous improvement at all levels. * Know, disseminate and implement Company policies, ensuring they are understood and applied at all levels of the organization they lead. * Coordinate, participate in, and analyze Inventory Management, daily closing, cycle counts, monthly inventories, and General Inventories. * Ensure compliance with the program of Good Storage and/or Manufacturing Practices. * Handle and follow up on customer complaints regarding inconsistencies in services provided. * Develop and implement corrective and/or preventive actions as required at the Logistics Center. * Optimize available resources (human, physical, technological, financial) to improve profitability and customer service. * Ensure, supervise, and control documentary records of movements and transactions involving goods held in designated areas. * Develop, coordinate, and verify quality management activities necessary for optimal performance of operational and administrative processes. * Support infrastructure and equipment maintenance activities used in the logistics center for the development of operational processes
