




**Job Opening – HR Manager** A leading floriculture company located in El Rosal, Cundinamarca, seeks a professional to join its team to lead the Human Resources Management area, with strong strategic capability, leadership skills, and proven experience in the sector. **Position Profile:** We seek professionals holding degrees in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management, Talent Management, or related areas. A minimum of two (2) years’ experience leading HR processes is required, ideally within floriculture or agro-industrial companies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise HR management processes aligned with the organization’s strategy. * Design and implement policies and procedures regarding recruitment, hiring, training, development, employee welfare, occupational safety, and health. * Provide support and advisory services to administrative and operational departments on labor, disciplinary, and organizational climate matters. * Lead training and organizational development programs, evaluating their impact. * Support senior management in strategic decision-making processes related to human resources. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and foster healthy, productive labor relations. **Employment Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., and Saturdays, 6:00 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. * Full-time availability required. * Salary: To be negotiated based on qualifications and experience. * Work location: El Rosal, Cundinamarca.
