Position Objective Responsible for supporting public and private procurement processes in which Pfizer participates, ensuring the timely and complete submission of proposals and all required information. Additionally, responsible for providing support on regional tenders team requests, contract legalization, special commercial terms, as well as support in managing the SECOP portal, GTCS, and SAP, all within the framework of corporate and legal policies and procedures. Main Responsibility or Function 1\- Provide support in preparing bids for various public and private procurement processes, quotations, Requests for Quotation, Reverse Auctions, and Product Offers directed to customers according to each applicant's requirements and established procedures within the timeframes specified in each bidding document. 2\- Support the preparation of necessary information and documentation for analysis in different negotiation scenarios such as direct negotiation, reverse auction, and others. 3\- Coordinate with different departments including legal, supply, logistics, quality, accounts receivable, etc., to assess Pfizer's participation feasibility according to internal policies and market regulations. 4\- Provide support in the analysis, legalization, generation of bonds, stamps, advances, and other requirements related to contract development and special commercial conditions. 5\- Participate in and manage regional team initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of the tender process. 6 \- Support the administration and inclusion of business opportunities in the GTCS platform to enhance regional visibility and facilitate local and regional decision-making. 7 \- Monitor and internally communicate updates regarding public and private procurement processes. 8\- Provide support in managing and operating the Electronic System for Public Procurement (SECOP) portal, Bionexo, and Prometheus. 9 \- Manage and operate control tools such as Docusign, PFL, and ERP \- SAP. 10\- Handle and maintain knowledge of the company's legal, technical, and financial documentation. 11\- Support the finance department in completing the special commercial conditions template for accurate rebate provision calculations. 12 \- Maintain filing of tenders, contracts, and special commercial conditions. 13\- Understand and use established commercial tools within each negotiation such as deals, bonuses, and rebates in SAP for order invoicing and other purposes. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in tenders and bidding. Presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with procurement platform systems (SECOP, Bionexo). Experience with SAP (Deals, Bonuses, Rebates). Knowledge of Colombia's healthcare system. Knowledge of public procurement regulations (Law 80 of 1993, Law 1150 of 2007, and Decree 1510 of 2013\). Knowledge of AI. Intermediate English proficiency. Completed certification, course, or seminar on SECOP. Completed certification, course, or seminar on AI.
