At **Calucé Senior Living**, we seek an organized, responsible, and committed individual for inventory control and timely food service supply, ensuring proper handling of supplies under the highest standards of quality and food safety. Profile * High school diploma. * Technical or technological degree in Logistics, Food Storage, or related fields is desirable. * Basic knowledge of cooking or food service is preferred. * Minimum of **1 year** of experience as a food warehouse clerk in restaurants, hotels, healthcare institutions, senior care homes, schools, or institutional food services. Main Responsibilities * Receive, verify, and record raw materials and supplies according to purchase orders. * Ensure proper storage and preservation of products. * Monitor inventory, warehouse receipts, and dispatches. * Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and stock control. * Apply the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for product rotation. * Verify expiration dates, storage conditions, and food traceability. * Deliver supplies to the kitchen area promptly per authorized requisitions. * Maintain the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Report anomalies related to losses, damages, non-conforming products, or shortages. * Support procurement and supply management as required.
