




Position Summary: Coordinate and implement Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG-SST) processes, ensuring legal compliance, employee well-being, and strategic support to the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage personnel onboarding, hiring, induction, and separation processes 2. Prepare and maintain employment documents and resumes 3. Ensure legal compliance and employee well-being Technical or Technologist degree. Minimum 1 year of experience. Plan, execute, and monitor Human Resources and Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SG\-SST) processes, ensuring legal compliance, employee well-being, and strategic support to company operations; manage personnel onboarding, hiring, induction, and separation processes; prepare documents such as: employment contract for new employees; complete all statutory affiliations for newly hired personnel; draft, update, and maintain employment contracts, resumes, and personnel documents.
