Proficiency in office tools and billing processes A telecommunications company providing television and internet services requires a PAR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT who resides and works in Tocancipá and Gachancipá. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support at the service and collection point, ensuring efficient customer service, accurate payment recording, and timely billing of the company's services. Main responsibilities include: in-person customer service at the collection point; performing registration, billing, and collection processes for television and internet services; using office tools for information management and control; supporting administrative tasks at the point; archiving documentation; ensuring proper implementation of internal cash procedures; and providing basic support for inquiries related to the services provided. A technical or technological education in administrative, accounting, or related fields is required, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar roles as an Administrative Assistant.
