Job Summary: Organized and proactive Infrastructure Analyst responsible for managing operational maintenance, physical modifications, and supplier coordination across company locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage operational maintenance and physical modifications. 2. Coordinate activities with contractors and suppliers. 3. Support quotation processes and purchase orders. The company is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst: an organized, proactive, detail-oriented professional to support the operational management of maintenance, physical modifications, and supplier coordination—ensuring optimal functionality of organizational facilities. Technical or technological degree in Civil Works, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project management, infrastructure, maintenance, logistics, procurement, or supplier management within the construction sector or related areas. Working Conditions: Location: Northern Bogotá Work Modality: On-site Contract Type: Fixed-term contract for 4 months Salary: COP $2,025,750 + transportation allowance Working Hours: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. / Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Main Responsibilities: Infrastructure and Maintenance Manage requests related to facility maintenance and physical modifications. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Inspect physical conditions of facilities and installations. Support operational processes related to civil works and infrastructure. Operational Management Coordinate activities with contractors and suppliers. Track schedules and activity execution. Control internal requirements and ensure traceability of requests. Ensure timely fulfillment of the company’s operational needs. Procurement and Administrative Control Manage supply of materials and supplies. Support quotation processes and purchase orders. Monitor budgets and resource execution.
