Job Description Josmo Shoe Corp is seeking a detail\-oriented and commercially minded professional to support **product development, sourcing, production, and merchandising/buying** activities. This role plays a key part in bringing footwear products from concept to production while aligning assortments with sales, margin, and market needs. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with a good commercial eye and an understanding of footwear development, supplier management, and buying decisions. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development \& Production * Support footwear product development from concept through production * Coordinate with factories on materials, samples, costing, and timelines * Track development calendars, approvals, and production milestones * Assist with fit, quality, and packaging coordination Sourcing \& Vendor Management * Communicate with domestic and international suppliers * Request and analyze costings, MOQs, and lead times * Support factory negotiations and production planning * Maintain supplier data, pricing, and production records Merchandising \& Buying * Assist in building assortments aligned with sales performance and margin targets * Analyze sales, inventory, and product performance to support buying decisions * Support reorders, cancellations, and production adjustments * Help maintain line sheets, product databases, and costing files Cross\-Functional Support * Work closely with ecommerce, sales, and operations teams * Support licensed and private label programs * Help improve internal processes, tracking, and reporting Qualifications * Experience in **footwear, apparel, or consumer products** preferred * Background in **product development, sourcing, production, or merchandising** * Strong organizational and follow\-up skills * Comfortable working with **Excel / Google Sheets** * Clear written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines Nice to Have * Experience with overseas factories (Asia or Latin America) * Knowledge of costing, margins, and retail vs wholesale pricing * Familiarity with licensed product development * Bilingual (English / Spanish or Chinese) What We Offer * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunity to work with established brands and licensed programs * Exposure to the full product lifecycle from concept to market * Long\-term growth opportunity within the company Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
