




We are looking for a **Senior Graphic Designer** with strong creative ability, attention to detail, and strategic vision, responsible for leading the brand’s graphic development and ensuring visual consistency across **animation, labels, and packaging**. This will be a key role in the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual assets for campaigns, product launches, and products, as well as supporting production processes, coordinating with suppliers, and providing creative support to various business areas. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop graphic concepts for campaigns, products, and brands. * Create animations and audiovisual assets for digital media. * Design labels and packaging, ensuring aesthetics, functionality, and technical feasibility. * Ensure correct usage of the brand’s visual identity. * Lead and mentor junior or external designers through creative processes. * Coordinate with marketing, product, and external supplier teams. * Supervise final artwork and approve deliverables for production and printing. * Propose trends, visual improvements, and creative innovation. **Requirements** * Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Additional training in animation, branding, packaging design, or motion graphics is desirable. **Experience** * Minimum **3 years** of experience as a graphic designer. * Proven experience in: * Animation and motion graphics. * Label and packaging design. * Development of graphic assets for digital and print media. * Experience leading projects or mentoring creative teams (desirable). **Technical Skills** * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere. * Knowledge of **prepress, printing, and packaging materials**. * Familiarity with formats, die-cuts, and label regulations. * Basic knowledge of UX/UI (desirable). * Ability to create animated assets for social media and digital campaigns. **Competencies** * Creativity and innovation. * Attention to detail. * Strategic thinking. * Leadership and teamwork. * Time management and adherence to schedules. * Assertive communication. * Ability to receive and apply feedback.
