Join us!** **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POSITION** Lead medium-scale projects—whether by size, criticality, or strategic impact associated with SDA and area priorities. Projects in which the candidate may participate can be either internal to the area or from other areas where their knowledge and/or experience is required. Coordinate, plan, and prioritize activities and tasks related to the project they lead. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Project Management, MBA, Business Intelligence (BI), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related disciplines is desirable. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum five (5) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector, in software development and/or team/project management. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * Budgeting * User management * Management of internal and/or external teams (vendors) * Project management and/or software lifecycle management *Desirable:* *Background in database development and/or administration.* **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Teamwork * Communication skills * Customer service orientation * Problem-solving and innovation orientation * Strategic thinking * Results-oriented *Hello!
