Support for field optimization and constructability **Structural Designer \- Electrical Substations** We are seeking a **Structural Designer** to lead the development of shop drawings, foundations, and steel structures for medium- and high-voltage substations. The primary objective is to transform calculation reports into accurate and constructively viable technical documentation. **Key Responsibilities** * **Structural Drawings:** Development of drawings for equipment foundations (transformers, circuit breakers, capacitor banks) and yard structures (frames, supports). * **Shop Detailing:** Development of fabrication details, connections (welded/bolted), base plates, and anchor bolts. * **Technical Coordination:** Interference verification across disciplines (primary/secondary electrical, conduits, and civil works). * **Optimization:** Support in reviewing models to ensure field constructability. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technician or Technologist in Engineering Drafting, Industrial Design, or Structural Design (a Civil Engineering degree is desirable). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years developing structural steel or concrete drawings. * **Software:** Advanced proficiency in **CAD**. Knowledge of **BIM** (Revit, Tekla, or similar) is a plus. * **Knowledge:** Ability to interpret calculation reports, technical standards, and material specifications.
