Train staff on tools such as PDCA, Gemba, and root cause analysis A prominent industrial-sector company seeks a Management Systems Analyst for its team to support, analyze, and ensure compliance with routine processes and applicable legal regulations. The primary objective is to contribute to achieving organizational goals through implementation of continuous improvement tools and rigorous monitoring of performance indicators. Main Responsibilities Management Control: Plan and verify the area’s management system using SAP, Document Management, and tracking databases. Continuous Improvement: Implement and lead the 6S program, prepare visual management reports, and conduct awareness sessions for operational personnel. Projects and Routine: Execute the Annual Action Plan (AAP) and the daily routine management roadmap to ensure reliability of process maps. Failure Analysis: Review non-conformities (triggers) and develop action plans using root cause analysis. Audits: Conduct internal audits of the IMS and support external audits for ISO 9001 certification and product certifications (NTC). Training: Disseminate knowledge on tools such as PDCA, SDCA, Gemba, MASP, RAF, RCA, and OJT. Profile Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Administration. Experience: Minimum 1 year implementing and monitoring Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and Quality systems. Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in ISO 9001 standard. Proficiency in SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI). Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas). Skills: Analytical thinking, leadership, communication skills for staff training, and attention to detail. Working Conditions Workplace: Nobsa. Contract Type: Project-based or Labor Contract.
