Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturdays according to prior scheduling **Responsibilities** ------------- * **Dispatch Management in System:** Register and validate dispatches in the JDA system, ensuring proper traceability of the operation. * **Task Assignment to Picking Staff:** Coordinate and distribute tasks among the picking team according to operational demand. * **Verification of Alignment Between Systems and Physical Operations:** Ensure that system-recorded movements match actual floor operations. * **Supplier Coordination:** Receive, validate, and manage supplier requests related to deliveries, documentation, and incidents. * **Incident Reporting:** Document and communicate any deviation or incident occurring during the operational process. * **Document Generation and Digitization:** Create operational documents, scan, and digitally archive them to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. * **General Administrative Support:** Collaborate with other CEDI departments on administrative and operational tasks as needed.
