### **Description** \| Record supplier invoices and credit notes daily according to the submission date (including purchase and service invoices), record travel expense reimbursements, petty cash, bank charges, and coordinate the registration of employee payroll \| Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on reconciling items, reconcile supplier accounts payable and the fixed assets module with accounting ### **Key Responsibilities** \| Reconcile monthly schedules (Cubes) and ensure they align with the trial balance information \| Monitor monthly that advances issued to suppliers and employees are timely deducted, enabling efficient management of company resources. \| Prepare clear, complete, comparable monthly financial statements with supporting schedules and ensure through account analysis that the information is accurate and reliable \| Record purchases of new assets and manage existing fixed assets.
