BUDGET ANALYST (Construction Sector)

Position Summary: We are seeking a Budget Analyst to support the review of specifications, budget preparation, budgetary control, and subcontractor procedures in the construction sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in budget preparation and control. 2. Review and management of subcontracts. 3. Administrative support in projects. **A civil construction industry company requires a Budget Analyst for its team; candidates must be professionals or students in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, International Relations, or Foreign Trade, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the construction sector.** **Mandatory Requirements and Experience:** * Budget management * Construction site control * Budget analyst experience in construction companies * Pivot tables, blueprints, macros Key Functions: Support the review of client specifications and preliminary drawings to determine project scope and quantify required materials, labor, and any other factors affecting total cost. Support budget preparation. Perform budgetary control of purchase orders per project to review and consolidate information versus budget. Review, validate, and process subcontractor registration, evaluation, selection, and re-evaluation documents efficiently and promptly. Maintain physical and digital documentation files related to subcontracts in accordance with defined procedures for storage and consultation. Complete and respond to subcontractor documentation requests, validated by the immediate supervisor. Review third-party documents and ensure they are accurate and complete according to subcontracting procedures. Provide administrative support including: progress and delivery minutes for subcontractors, comparative tables, and processing certifications for completed works. Perform all duties assigned by the immediate supervisor inherent to the position. Salary: $ 2\.996\.800 Direct employment contract with the company. Residence required in Cundinamarca region: Funza, Cota, Tenjo, Siberia, and surrounding areas.
