We want you to join our team as you are!*** ================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================= **Position Snapshot** --------------------------- Reports to: Planning Management Function Group: 7 Area: Supply Chain Purina Vacancies: 1 Location: Mosquera Application Deadline: Tuesday, September 16, 2025 **Position Summary** ----------------------- Lead the end-to-end logistics chain process for imports and exports of Nestlé Purina Petcare de Colombia S.A., coordinating with third-party partners and suppliers within established timelines according to company needs, ensuring competitive costs. **A Day in the Life of...** --------------------------- * Lead, together with the designated 4PL provider, all import and export operations, ensuring the provider complies with corporate principles, quality, SHE, and purchasing policy best practices. * Coordinate, manage, and monitor agreed reports with the 4PL provider, as well as track defined KPIs for Foreign Trade operations. * Develop and propose cost-saving projects related to Foreign Trade operational efficiencies, as well as authorize billing for overcosts when responsibility lies with NPPC. * As an operational buyer, create purchase orders (PO) for Foreign Trade processes (easy buy), perform provisioning for export processes and manage MIGOS, handle billing issues related to Foreign Trade operations\- Review portfolio of third-party logistics providers. * Manage with tax/treasury departments all processes requiring their input, as well as coordinate with relevant parties DIAN requirements and UTS control. * Manage and register import declarations and foreign invoices, provide necessary import and export information. * Validate inventory at distribution centers, create load plans, manage shipping line bookings and domestic transportation plans. Send weekly security reports. * Prepare and manage export documents, including proforma invoices required for prior license applications in importing countries where applicable. * Lead BASC, OEA, and other certifications and audits. **What Will Lead to Your Success:** ------------------------- Professional in International Business, International Trade, Foreign Trade and Customs, or related fields. Preferably with specialization. Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies, knowledge of international logistics and international trade, understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, financial processes, BASC and OEA, strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * SAP knowledge and experience (preferably APO R3 module). * Advanced proficiency in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Language: Intermediate English **Remuneration** ---------------- Fixed salary between 3'300,000 \- 3'500,000 plus company benefits.
