Junior Logistics Analyst **About the Role** Ensure that orders generated by customers are delivered within scheduled appointment times, meeting customer requirements and guaranteeing payment to transportation service providers. Administer and channel delivery evidence to the Credit and Collections department to execute proper receivables recovery.**Key Responsibilities** Develop logistics delivery routes to consolidate the maximum number of orders possible into shipping units through proper loading. Ensure appropriate unit positioning (correct transportation) to meet the order demand generated by the Customer Service Department (SAC) and fulfill all scheduled deliveries for the day. Monitor adherence to delivery appointments to avoid penalties or negative evaluations from customers. Knowledge of types of transportation units. Ensure cargo units are utilized within capacities authorized by legal frameworks. Ensure contracted vehicle fleet reports for loading at the assigned branch or port. Validate that units are fully and correctly loaded with materials before departing on route. Knowledge of the legal framework governing the transport of chemical substances and hazardous materials. Recover delivery evidence from customers in both physical and digital formats. Submit all recovered evidence to the Credit and Collections department and to Customer Service (SAC). Channel transportation provider invoices for payment to the Finance department and monitor and verify that supplier invoices comply with requirements stipulated by the Finance department. With 1–3 years of experience in the role, specifically in transportation logistics, dispatching, route scheduling, billing, and supplier management, among others.
