Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to lead industrial or metal-mechanical operations, with a focus on results and continuous improvement, managing high-performance teams. Strong analytical capability for decision-making and problem-solving. ✔ Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree. ✔ Specialization in Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred). ✔ Minimum 7 years of experience in managerial roles leading industrial or metal-mechanical operations. ✔ Proven leadership in managing high-performance teams. ✔ Experience in planning, executing, and controlling metal-mechanical and industrial projects. ✔ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial assembly, maintenance, and automation. ✔ Strong analytical capability for decision-making and problem-solving. ✔ Results-oriented approach, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency. ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ✔ Availability to work in Funza, Cundinamarca.
