




Mechanical or Electronic Engineering professional, with a specialization in Project Management or related fields, with three years of experience in process optimization, robotic cell projects, and intralogistics systems, ensuring compliance with schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * **Project Management:** * Plan, coordinate, and control project schedules. * Monitor the assembly and manufacturing of robotic cells and intralogistics systems. * Ensure achievement of project objectives regarding time, cost, and quality. * Manage project resources efficiently. * Identify and manage risks and make timely decisions. * **After-Sales Service and Warranties:** * Lead and coordinate the after-sales service and warranty team. * Ensure prompt and efficient customer support regarding technical issues and warranties. * Establish and maintain strong customer relationships. * Manage maintenance contracts. * **Team Leadership and Management:** * Supervise and coordinate the work of Mechanical, Automation, Programming, and Service leads. * Motivate and develop the workforce. * Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members. * Assign tasks and manage departmental human resources. * **Customer Relations:** * Maintain clear and effective communication with customers. * Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly. * Ensure customer satisfaction during and after project execution. * Manage customer expectations.
