The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper **technical, administrative, and financial** execution of the interventoría contract, exercising control and supervision throughout all project phases, while safeguarding compliance with applicable regulations, established schedules, and required quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and control construction execution in accordance with designs, technical specifications, and the contract. * Verify adherence to project schedules, budgets, and scope. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal and technical regulations. * Prepare technical, administrative, and financial reports. * Coordinate with contractors, authorities, and other project stakeholders. * Guarantee the quality of completed work. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, with an active professional license. * **Postgraduate specialization relevant to roads or infrastructure** (MANDATORY). **Experience:** * Minimum of **4 years’ experience in similar roles**, or * **2 years as a Resident Interventor** on civil works projects. * Proven experience in **public or private infrastructure projects**.
