




Responsibilities: * Attend to and manage customer requests, providing timely solutions. * Prepare quotations and follow up on orders, ensuring agile and accurate service. * Coordinate import orders and verify stock availability. * Record updates in internal systems and keep the customer informed throughout the process. * Ensure traceability and compliance with commercial policies. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Proven experience in customer service and/or sales areas. * Proficiency in management tools (CRM, Excel, Windows). * Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Basic English (not mandatory).
