Maintenance Leader

Important Hotel, located in Chia, is looking for a person to work as Maintenance Leader, with the following profile: * Education: Professional degree in areas related to industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, civil engineering or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in leadership or maintenance coordination roles, preferably in the hotel, healthcare, or large building sectors. * Specific Knowledge: * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, maintenance software). * Knowledge of safety and construction regulations. * Familiarity with maintenance management systems. * Additional Skills: * Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. * Proactive attitude and service-oriented. Key responsibilities include the following: * Design, implement, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans for all hotel areas. * Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to hotel operations. * Develop and manage the annual maintenance department budget, controlling expenses and optimizing resources. * Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials, ensuring availability of necessary supplies.
