




A leading company in the meat industry is seeking a Quality Analyst to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in production processes and finished products, contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations. * Supervise and perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses of meat products. * Manage and record inspection and test results to release or reject production batches. * Investigate and report non-conformities, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO, HACCP, or others). * Train staff on quality, food safety, and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Professional or technologist in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in quality control within the food industry, preferably in meat products. * Knowledge of food safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001. * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word). * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience * Legal benefits and additional perks * Opportunities for professional growth * Dynamic work environment Job type: Full-time
