Job Responsibilities: * Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance follow-up, and separation. * Support recruitment and selection processes by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews. * Manage and maintain up-to-date employee files, ensuring confidentiality of information. * Collaborate in developing and tracking employee training and development plans. * Assist in payroll, benefits, and compensation administration, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations. * Participate in implementing and monitoring human resources policies and procedures. * Address employee inquiries regarding human resources matters and benefits. * Generate HR metrics reports and analyses to support decision-making. * Support organizing employee integration events and activities. * Collaborate in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
