Generate job position and function certificates for directly contracted personnel with restrictions, and validate restriction certificates for temporary personnel. Request medical documentation from workers with restrictions and recommendations, along with other documents within their scope of responsibility. Monitor reintegration and job reassignment programs, and disseminate information to involved departments. Carry out and coordinate monitoring of work-related medical restrictions and recommendations due to EC, EL, AC or AT for all direct staff at Ipanema. Perform reintegration and/or job reassignment for Ipanema's direct personnel. Schedule and conduct labor meetings for the company's open cases, cases in rehabilitation, management, or maintenance due to Occupational Illness. Plan and execute specific activities for each personnel classification group (healthy, suspected, and confirmed case). Conduct job task analyses and biomechanical risk assessments for Ipanema personnel. Accompany and execute the biomechanical risk work plan according to baseline criteria (ARL advisory). Implement and manage the Active Breaks subprogram control. Analyze, record, and follow up on indicators specific to the epidemiological surveillance and biomechanical risk program. Monitor contractors of the company (healthy, suspected, and confirmed case). Provide support in patient care when required. Participate in updating the profesiogram. Evaluate and deliver comfort items to provide biomechanical adjustments to employees' workstations. Position type: Full-time
