Job Summary: We are seeking operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling within waste management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials. 2. Operate compaction machinery and protect waste brand markings. 3. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. A reputable environmental services and logistics company requires a Basic Waste Management Operator for its team. We seek operational staff with high physical stamina, commitment, and the ability to work in production environments and material handling. Requirements to Apply: High school diploma Experience: 6 months of experience in physically demanding operational tasks (loading, unloading, warehouse operations, waste management). Informal experience accepted. Availability: Full availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night); motorcycle required for convenient access to the industrial zone; no company-provided transportation service. Responsibilities: Carry out loading, unloading, and collection processes for recyclable materials (cardboard, plastic, paper). Operate compaction machinery and ensure protection of waste brand markings. Maintain storage areas in optimal conditions of order and cleanliness. Accurately record material inflows and outflows for inventory control. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $1,750,905 + Legal transportation allowance + Statutory overtime premiums + Statutory benefits. Schedule: Sunday to Sunday, rotating 8-hour shifts (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM / 10 PM–6 AM).
