




Job Summary: Responsible for executing mechanical assembly and electrical connection, component manufacturing, and continuous improvement, ensuring quality and safety. Key Points: 1. Participation in continuous improvement and failure analysis *Identify and promptly report risks, incidents, unsafe conditions, and process anomalies, complying with safety regulations and PPE usage. *Perform mechanical assembly and electrical connection of equipment and low- and medium-voltage cells according to drawings, instructions, and quality standards. *Carry out manufacturing processes such as marking, cutting, punching, bending, and assembly of components (e.g., copper bars), ensuring technical compliance. *Record time, progress, bottlenecks, efficiency, and process indicators, reporting deviations when applicable. *Conduct ongoing self-inspection and quality controls, ensuring compliance with technical requirements. *Address non-conformities, warranties, and quality tests (FAT), ensuring timely rework and closure. *Identify, receive, and verify materials against pick lists, ensuring traceability and return of surplus items. *Safeguard, properly use, and report failures of tools, equipment, and machinery, without abandoning the workstation. *Verify the condition and availability of work and measurement tools. *Maintain a clean and orderly workplace under the 5S methodology. *Participate in continuous improvement activities and failure analysis (Lean, RCA, FTA, or others), proposing improvement actions.-Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technological degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Keywords: operator, operario, operator
