Human Resources Management Analyst - Payroll Experience

Job Summary: Responsible for processing payrolls, calculating salaries, managing social security and parafiscal contributions, computing statutory benefits, and settling employment contracts, while generating reports for the finance department. Collaboration with finance and management departments on reporting. - Processing of Payroll Events: Collect and apply monthly and/or biweekly data, such as overtime hours, night shift surcharges, medical leaves, other leaves, vacations, and payroll deductions (e.g., wage assignments). - Salary Settlement: Calculate base salary, transportation allowance, commissions, and apply corresponding deductions (e.g., health insurance, pension contributions, and income tax withholding). - Social Security and Parafiscal Contributions: Calculate and generate the Integrated Payroll Contribution Settlement Form (PILA) for payments related to health insurance, pensions, occupational risk insurance (ARL), Colombian Institute for Family Welfare (ICBF), National Learning Service (SENA), and Family Compensation Funds. Statutory Benefits: Calculate periodic statutory payments, including service bonuses, severance pay, and severance interest. - Contract Settlement: Prepare final settlement calculations (statutory benefits, unused vacation days, and outstanding salaries) upon termination of an employee’s contract. - Report Generation: Deliver payslips, prepare flat files for banks, and compile accounting and cost reports for the finance department and management. - Support the department across various HR processes, including recruitment and personnel administration. - Candidates must possess advanced Excel skills and experience in KPI management. - Proficiency in at least one accounting software for payroll processing. - Power BI proficiency is desirable.-Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Professional program 3 years of experience Knowledge areas: Analytical ability, Talent management, Compensation, Data handling, Payroll preparation, Settlement calculations, Social security Keywords: analyst
