Prior experience in similar roles is required, with knowledge of operating systems, networks, and hardware. We seek a communicative individual with strong problem-solving skills. Experience: At least 1 year in technical support. Knowledge: Operating systems (Windows, macOS), networks, printers, peripherals, and ticket management tools.
