A logistics-sector company is seeking a Technology Graduate or Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields to fill the position of Operational Excellence Analyst Job Mission: Support operations by ensuring appropriate use of software and/or applications, timely resolution of incidents, and user training—contributing to business continuity and efficiency. Main Responsibilities: - Provide first-level user support for software and applications. - Manage requests regarding parametric tables and ensure data quality. - Monitor reports and interfaces to guarantee proper functionality. - Train users and document processes and manuals. - Generate reports and metrics for system control and improvement. - Participate in technology projects and propose improvements. - Ensure timely incident resolution and internal customer satisfaction. Requirements: - Technology Graduate or Professional in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in user support or application management. - Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge. - Basic ITIL knowledge (IT service management). - Advanced knowledge of BlueYonder WMS configuration and operation. - Experience in WMS implementation projects. - Analytical ability, structured thinking, results orientation, and teamwork skills. Desirable: - Knowledge of agile methodologies. - Knowledge of relational database modeling and querying: MySQL, MOCA, SQL Server. Technical English (documentation reading). Conditions: -Monthly payments. -Salary: 3,000,000 -Fixed-term contract for 6 months. -Transportation service available for Funza, Madrid, Mosquera, and Facatativá.
