Job Summary: We are seeking a student to support administrative, documental, commercial, operational, HSEQ, and foreign trade activities within a land transportation company. Key Highlights: 1. A well-established land transportation company is looking for students pursuing Technical or Technological programs in administrative or logistics fields, who demonstrate willingness for continuous learning, adaptability to operational and administrative environments, and a strong sense of responsibility regarding compliance with regulations, procedures, and internal policies. The selected candidate must have formal approval from their academic institution to enter into an apprenticeship agreement. Key Responsibilities: Support the company’s administrative and document management activities, including physical and digital archiving, database updates, preparation of basic reports, and control of internal and external correspondence. Provide support to commercial and operational departments by conducting customer follow-ups, preparing basic quotations, assisting with order management, managing transportation operation documentation, and tracking delivered services. Support the HSEQ and Foreign Trade department by assisting in regulatory compliance documentation management, supporting inspections, following up on checklists, recording incidents, controlling operational documents, and assisting with basic procedures related to foreign trade and transportation.
