Job Objective Management, analysis, and monitoring of occupational safety and health processes within operations. Job Requirements SST (Safety, Security, and Health) professional with minimum 2 years’ experience in occupational safety and health reporting, operational monitoring, management and delivery of PPE, safety walks, Gemba Walks, and HSE indicator updates. Responsibilities Manage document updates within each process • Maintain unit-level indicators • Support Safety Briefings • Traceability and reporting on GW, BBS, Safety Pyramids, and briefings • Support contractor oversight • PPE distribution • Safety Walks (GW) • Update the Preventive Index (IP) and related matrices • Adjust findings matrix / Pyramid Report based on reports, safety recommendations, housekeeping and cleanliness inspections, participation in COPASST (as a member), audits, hygienic measurements, Gemba Walks, etc.; report via tracking matrix with indicators • Follow up with departments for timely closure of findings • Deliver corporate inductions • Prepare reports • Request and track procurement of emergency response and PPE items • Monitor waste collection and disposal • Monitor compliance with biosafety protocols • Monitor implementation of active breaks • Inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE) • Review contractor documentation • Coordinate high-risk work activities • Monitor absenteeism and/or health incidents among staff following high-impact events (e.g., medical restrictions and recommendations, respiratory outbreaks such as COVID-19 or yellow fever, etc.) • Execute and monitor the Environmental Management System (EMS) work plan and activities JOB IDCO06639 COUNTRYColombia CITYFunza CATEGORYOperations
