We are opening an internal call for a technical operator to ensure operational standards, training and development plans; guaranteeing safety, quality, and efficiency, while contributing to the effective resolution of machine-related operational issues through technical diagnostics, proposing root-cause solutions. In the plant, become a reference point within people teams and develop a strong sense of ownership toward equipment and areas. Your main responsibilities will be... * Comply with all group safety regulations, continuously report SIOs on safety topics * Ensure product sampling during production at the required frequency according to sampling routines, as well as correct and timely completion of floor and machine or line documentation and forms * Comply with GMP conditions and hygiene practices, reporting any incidents to the responsible person * Ensure proper and timely classification and disposal of waste, as well as compliance with 5S standards defined at the workstation * Ensure daily verification of scales and reliably operate assigned machines or lines autonomously (type 1). * Ensure compliance with operational standards: operating instructions, OPLs, nominal values, checklists, among others, for the machines or lines in charge, continuously providing feedback on improvement opportunities * Actively participate in planned maintenance activities together with the maintenance team, executing proposed actions and completing them fully * Actively participate in floor meetings: daily meetings, autonomous maintenance, safety dialogues, among others * Execute and participate in autonomous maintenance activities scheduled for your assigned machine according to the defined timeline Do you meet the requirements… * High school graduate * Experience as a technical operator * Knowledge of GMP and 5S You consider yourself… * Creative and think big!
