Coordination and monitoring of road passenger transportation 2. Logistics management and service scheduling 3. Internal and external customer service A national specialized passenger transportation company is looking for top talent to join its team. **Required Profile:** Logistics Technician in Transportation or related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating road passenger transportation processes. **Knowledge and Experience in:** * Logistics and scheduling of transportation services. * Management and contracting of public service vehicle providers. * Driver coordination and monitoring. * Basic automotive mechanical analysis and knowledge. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Preparation of fuel consumption and fuel control reports. * GPS tracking and fleet monitoring. * Development, execution, and monitoring of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance plans. * Internal and external customer service and support. * Operational monitoring and resolution of on-route incidents. * Excellent communication, leadership, and ability to work under pressure. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Decision-making. * Interpersonal relationship management.
