Join us!** **PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITY** Responsible for executing the development, implementation, automation, and optimization of technological solutions. The role’s main focus is project development, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in applications and services, as well as identifying improvement opportunities. Responsibilities include vendor management, execution of project implementations, and timely handling of such implementations. Additionally, the role will collaborate with the Support and Maintenance team in managing incidents, obsolescence, and production requirements. The candidate must be capable of owning tasks *end-to-end* and making certain decisions within their scope of work. **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE** Minimum two (2) years of experience, preferably in the financial sector in software development; at least one (1) year in ASO service development and Microservices at BBVA Colombia. **KNOWLEDGE AND TOOLS** * COBOL (Batch and CICS). * Solid experience in .NET Core / Framework. * Control-M. * Application server deployment: Knowledge of deployment on IIS (Microsoft’s application server), configuration, and maintenance. * Windows and Linux servers: Batch and Shell scripting. * SQL Server database maintenance: Basic SQL statements, backup restoration, and backup generation. * Knowledge of web vulnerability remediation (error handling, version exposure, brute-force attacks), SQL injection, security policy hardening for IIS servers, IDOR, and session hijacking in .NET environments. * GIT version control. * Experience in automation. * JCLs. * Programming languages: Java, TypeScript, and JavaScript. * ASO. * Microservices. * Web Services: REST. * Bitbucket. * Artifactory. * DevOps. * Jira. * Continuous Integration. * Agile methodologies (Scrum). * Altamira knowledge preferred. * Vendor management. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Self-management. * Accountability. * Continuous learning. * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving. * Teamwork. * Innovation. * Proactivity. *Hello!
