Responsibilities involving negotiation and commercial strategy **Job Description** ---------------------- A prominent company located in the Aburrá Valley is seeking experienced personnel for its team, with a minimum of 36 months’ experience in the apparel manufacturing sector—primarily in inputs such as buttons—to fill the position of Business Developer for the Medellín area. Academic Qualifications: High school diploma, technical or technological degree, or undergraduate degree in fields such as administration, communications, engineering, or related disciplines. Specific Responsibilities: * Maintain the assigned client portfolio and ensure its growth through in-person visits. * Provide consultative advisory services to strengthen commercial relationships. * Execute B2B commercial strategies within the assigned area. * Negotiate commercial terms with existing and prospective clients. * Organize and plan activities to achieve sales targets. Required Knowledge: * Proficiency in Office tools. * Familiarity with Android device technology. * Negotiation skills and understanding of production processes. Salary: $1,423,500 + variable commission of 3%, ranging between $1,500,000 and $2,000,000 + uncapped commissions (potential earnings between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000) + mobility allowance of $400,000 + statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
