Female Pattern-Making Specialist Location: Medellín, Colombia Work Mode: On-site Job Description: At Celestial Íntima, we are looking for a female pattern-making specialist. Your mission will be to transform ideas into precise patterns and drafts, bringing our intimate apparel, bodysuits, corsets, and bustiers collections to life while maintaining the signature distinction and sensuality that define our brand. Main Responsibilities: * Pattern making and drafting for women’s garments (lingerie, bodysuits, corsets, bustiers). * Technical specification sheet preparation and direct collaboration with the design team. * Fit adjustments and grading to ensure perfect fit. * Digital pattern creation and proficiency in pattern-making software. * Active participation in product testing and continuous improvement. Requirements: * Fashion designer or related technical training. * Proven experience in female pattern making (minimum 2 years, preferably in intimate apparel). * Proficiency in pattern-making and drafting tools, preferably OptiTex. * Knowledge of grading, fit adjustments, and industrial draping. * Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for women’s fashion. * Teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines.
