We are currently seeking a Level 1 Support Analyst in the city of Pereira. Main responsibilities: Implementation and administration of solutions on devices running Windows Enterprise, Windows Professional, and iOS operating systems. Configuration, operation, and basic management of services and platforms such as G-Suite, Office 365, GDD, and Office productivity software. Ability to apply diagnostic and solution implementation models to reported issues. Requirements: Technical or technological education in related fields. Minimum two years of experience in similar positions. Technical knowledge: Office 365, operating systems, hardware and software. Competencies: Responsibility and commitment. Customer service orientation. Ability to work independently. Organization and attention to detail.
