




The Office Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, and supervising daily office operations, ensuring efficient, professional service aligned with the group's values. This role requires a solid understanding of international freight logistics, leadership skills, and excellent English proficiency for communication with international members and agents. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise overall office operations and ensure compliance with internal processes. * Coordinate communication with clients in different countries. * Supervise and support the internal team by assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive work environment. * Handle inquiries, requests, or issues from members promptly, professionally, and with a service-oriented approach. * Prepare operational reports, databases, and relevant documentation for the network. * Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules, and special activities (events, conferences, etc.). * Ensure compliance with group policies, quality standards, and protocols. * Represent the office professionally in all communications, both internal and external. **Requirements** * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in international freight logistics (air, sea, or land). * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). * Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. * Proven leadership, supervision, and team management abilities. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, Excel, communication platforms, etc.). * Proactive, ethical, responsible attitude with a service focus. **Plus (not required, but desirable)** * Previous experience in freight forwarder networks or serving international clients. * Knowledge in organizing corporate events or conferences. * Studies in international trade, logistics, business administration, or related fields.
