Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a high school graduate with production experience, preferably in footwear manufacturing, to perform quality control, machine operation, shoe polishing, shining, and assembly. Willingness to transfer to different departments as required by the company A company in this sector requires a high school graduate with production experience, preferably in footwear manufacturing, to join its team. Responsibilities: Perform quality control by classifying footwear into first, second, and third grade; comply with safety manuals for operating machinery, tools, and processes; remove leather wrinkles from footwear using heat; polish and shine shoes; insert insoles, laces, and labels indicating materials used in each shoe; willingness to transfer between departments according to company needs; perform duties inherent to the position and other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. Rotating schedule Monday to Friday: 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, 7 AM–4 PM; rotating Saturdays: 6 AM–11:30 AM and 11:30 AM–5:30 PM. Minimum wage + transportation allowance + benefits + overtime pay.
