Job Summary: We are seeking a culinary technician or technologist with experience in hotels or high-volume restaurants to support the preparation, readiness, and service of food products. Main Responsibilities: Ingredient preparation (mise en place): washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping food items. Support in the preparation and readiness of food products. Cleaning and disinfection of service areas, utensils, kitchen equipment, and surfaces. Receiving and organizing supplier orders, verifying quality and proper storage. Assisting in product service and dispatch, ensuring compliance with quality standards, following recipes and delivery timelines. Skills: agility, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, teamwork, service-oriented attitude, and willingness to learn. Work Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday (days off: Monday and Tuesday), or Tuesday if it is a holiday. Salary: minimum wage + statutory benefits + daily tip percentage + lunch.
