Main Responsibilities: Prepare food according to recipes and restaurant standards. Support production and mise en place. Operate griddles, fryers, and other kitchen equipment. Properly organize and rotate products and supplies. Comply with hygiene, cleaning, and food handling standards. Assist with inventory and basic waste control. Maintain a clean and organized workspace during and after shifts. Collaborate as part of a team during peak customer hours. Meet production timelines and ensure dish quality. Provide general support for various operational kitchen needs. Requirements: Prior kitchen experience in restaurants or fast-food establishments. Ability to work under pressure. Availability to work rotating shifts, nights, Sundays, and holidays. Punctual, organized, and positive individual. Preferred experience in Mexican cuisine or high-volume food production.
