Job Summary: Responsible for executing annual, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans across various disciplines, ensuring activity quality and proper recordkeeping. Key Highlights: 1. Performs annual, preventive, and corrective maintenance. 2. Maintains fixed assets and records maintenance activities. 3. Verifies compliance and quality of work orders. Implements the Annual Maintenance Plan across various disciplines, such as electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and others. Keeps fixed assets updated with the Systems Department. Records equipment maintenance activities and those assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Executes the company's preventive and corrective maintenance program. Performs daily preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance tasks on equipment throughout the company. Verifies compliance and quality of internal and external maintenance work orders. Supports external work orders. Performs cleaning duties in the area where work is carried out.
