Our focus areas include:
* Continuous guidance throughout the learning process.
* Practical training in the management, control, and support of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS).
* Promotion of responsibility, care, and confidentiality in handling occupational information.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of plans and programs for controlling occupational risks under the company’s OSHMS.
* Assist with safety inspections and risk assessments for contracted workers.
* Support scheduling employees for OSH-related activities.
* Ensure timely completion of required OSHMS matrices and reports.
* Maintain confidentiality in safeguarding occupational health records at the site.
* Support notification of health situations (e.g., work recommendations or restrictions), following instructions from the assistant or immediate supervisor (Consuelo Castañeda).
* Actively participate in emergency response plans and emergency brigades.
Required Profile:
* Technical student in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), administrative studies, secretarial science, human resources management, or records management.
* Desired technical skills: Basic Excel and Word proficiency.
* Responsible, organized individual with a strong willingness to work collaboratively.
Conditions:
* Apprenticeship contract.
* Current legal minimum wage.
* Transportation allowance.
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
