Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced waiter/waitress in customer service to handle food and beverage service—from preparation to bill presentation—ensuring an excellent guest experience. Perform setup operations for food and beverage service in establishments according to technical procedures and standards. 2. Greet guests and escort them to their tables or other areas of the establishment per service protocols. 3. Present and advise guests on food and beverage selections according to technical criteria and the establishment’s offerings. 4. Take food and beverage orders from guests per service protocols. 5. Serve food and beverages according to orders and technical procedures. 6. Present the bill to guests and collect payments per technical procedures and service standards. 7. Clean and disinfect designated areas. 8. Perform related duties. · Education Level: High school diploma. Experience: 6 months in customer service or as a waiter/waitress. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Salary: Paid at a rate of COP $1,750,905 prorated to days worked + statutory benefits.
