




Job Summary: We are seeking a cook to prepare menu items, organize mise en place, and maintain hygiene standards within a close-knit team. Key Highlights: 1. Availability for weekends and holidays (with compensatory day during the week) Total Monthly Compensation: Current legal minimum wage + tips Your Responsibilities: - Prepare menu items according to standardized recipes: specified weights, techniques, and presentations. - Organize and execute mise en place before each service, ensuring all items are available at peak demand times. - Accurately record daily production in established formats. - Alert the Head Chef when an ingredient is nearing depletion or expiration. - Portion ingredients according to specified weights in each recipe. - Use ingredients efficiently, avoiding preventable waste. - Report any discrepancies in quality or quantity of received ingredients to the Head Chef. - Comply with food handling protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. - Complete assigned temperature control, cleaning, and quality check forms. - Keep your workstation clean and organized during and after each shift. - Ensure proper storage of ingredients according to food safety standards.
