Supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency processes At Loyal Logística y Servicios S.A.S., we are looking for a professional passionate about logistics management, with strategic vision and leadership capability, to assume the role of Logistics Coordinator for our operation at TCC Dosquebradas. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise operational staff (loading and unloading). Ensure compliance with the daily operational schedule. Report operational incidents, absences, delays, and risk situations. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment. Prepare daily operational and incident reports. Maintain constant communication with the client and the operations leader. Support continuous improvement processes, time control, and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal work regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. Requirements Education: Technician, technologist, or professional degree in logistics, operations, administration, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. Preferred experience in logistics, transportation, or loading/unloading companies. Basic knowledge of Excel and report preparation. Availability to work flexible hours.
