Requirements: * Technical, technological, or university degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations, distribution, transportation, distribution centers, cross-docking, or last-mile delivery. * Experience leading operational teams. * Proficiency in Excel and management indicators. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate receipt, classification, and dispatch of goods. * Supervise operations and ensure compliance with service timelines. * Lead operational teams and monitor productivity. * Monitor management indicators and handle operational exceptions. * Ensure traceability of goods and compliance with established processes. Working Conditions: * Salary: $1,750,905 + Transportation allowance: $249,095 + Fixed shift allowance: $584,518 Approximate monthly income: $2,584,518 * Project-based or labor contract with full statutory benefits. * Rotating shifts from Sunday to Sunday: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. / 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., with one compensatory day off.
