This role involves visiting partner agreements and clients in Manizales and surrounding areas. What We Offer: - Indefinite-term employment contract, because we believe in long-term talent and job stability. - Salary: current legal minimum wage ($1,750,905) + transportation allowance + uncapped commissions and 100% statutory benefits. Approximate average commission earnings: $4,000,000. Some of our executives earn between $6,000,000 and $7,000,000. - All statutory benefits. - Working hours: Monday to Friday (flexible schedule totaling 44 hours per week; availability required on Saturdays). No work on Sundays or public holidays. What We Are Looking For: - Minimum 6 months’ experience as a commercial executive or advisor for intangible products (Payroll Deduction Loans, Credit Cards, Consumer Loans, Unsecured Loans, Mortgage Loans, Insurance, Prepaid Medical Plans, Microloans). - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma, technical, technological, or university degree. - Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. - Proactivity and results orientation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
