The technical leader has additional leadership responsibilities within the project. Below are the specific requirements for this position: 1\. Responsible for the detailed technical design at the solution level. 2\. Responsible for leading the technical aspects of the solution with other groups, developers and interfaces, transferring knowledge to teams about software construction standards and procedures defined by the company. 3\. Safeguard the solution architecture together with the architect. 4\. Estimate technical effort, work breakdown structure (WBS) and risks at the solution level. 5\. Responsible for delivering the technical solution according to schedule and within established timelines. 6\. Provide guidance and advice to software developers assigned to the project. 7\. Solid knowledge in project management methodologies, business analysis and software development. 8\. Must pay close attention to all aspects relevant to the business. 9\. Monitor adherence to development methodologies, tools and KPIs. 10\. Seek to increase reuse of software components, consolidation of platforms and environments. 11\. Manage stakeholders and key clients, ensuring business users' confidence in the delivery of the software solution.
